Shanghai BioTree Biotech Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 at the Fudan Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park in Shanghai. We focuse on innovative mass-spectrometry technology applications in life science and medical health fields. BioTree is now one of the biggest metabolomics and proteomics service provdier with MS platforms.

BioTree has obtained ISO9001 and CMA certification. Together with subsidiaries, BioTree hold 96 patents and software copyrights collectively.

After a decade development, BioTree has established a full-capacity metabolomics service platform, including non-targeted metabolomics, high-throughput targeted metabolomics, lipidomics, and metabolic pathway analysis. Simultaneously, we have established platforms for proteomics, NGS and other analytical platforms.

Our business services cover 1500 entities, including universities, research institutes, hospitals, and enterprises, with a total projects number exceeding 25,000 and an annual testing volume of over 200,000 samples.

BioTree has constructed a library of secondary spectra for 200,000+ compounds (including over 20,000 in-house compounds). Additionally, we have developed more than 20 high-throughput mass spectrometry test kits, obtained 23 Class I medical device filings, and 2 Class II registration certificates.
